Can't set up account, gives me a error saying that there's a back end service request failure
Hello!
Every time I try and log in and resubscribe to the vpn my account brings up an error saying 'back end service request failed' , this happens just after the initial sign in attempt.
I've attempted different devices, uninstalling-reinstalling and multiple os.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

If you have an active subscription, contact the Mozilla VPN team directly:
Log into your account at https://accounts.firefox.com, click manage next to Subscriptions, and click support.

What country are you located in and what is the state/province and country associated with the credit card?
