Hello experts :-) Emails from addresses with .eu tld and a couple of other new tlds are being classified as spam, no matter how many times I tell TB they are not. How do I fix this, please? I know these are good addresses, as they are frequent and long time contributors to a mailing list for a respected mail server, to which I am subscribed. I have attempted to tell TB that these are not spam, and I have added the senders' name to my address book, but the addresses are still classified as spam. This behavior occurs with my default profile, which has several email addresses in it, plus quite a few filters. A new profile, created as a test, doesn't exhibit this behavior. I don't want to have to recreate my setup in the new profile, though - it's a lot of work. Where do I look for the cause of this undesirable behavior? Thank you.

You can reset Tbird's junk training data via Options > Security > Junk > Reset Training Data

Alternatively, you could disable adaptive junk filtering and rely on your email service providers spam filtering service, or just use Tbird's SpamAssassin filter for spam classification.
