While using iOS dark mode and Firefox with night mode disabled my device information like time, signal and battery are almost unreadable on the top bar of the device, the background is white and the numbers and icons too. I'm on iOS 13.2 with most recent Firefox on iPhone 11 Pro, can't really tell if it is an iOS issue or Firefox.

This bug has been addressed. Try updating to Firefox for iOS 20.2.
