Videos in YouTube is choppy and stutter.
Youtube Videos are stuttering, video playback pauses between seconds or minutes, it's like playing videos in my PC with corrupted files, sounds are ok, there's nothing wrong with them just the video playback.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
