how can I import my bookmarkbackups file from my PC to my android phone?

I have a HTC6545LVW phone and currently connect to internet with Wi-Fi on my phone. That is the only way I can get online and it only works for my phone and can't be shared or transferred to another device. Therefore I can't use the sync function to get my saved Firefox data from my PC. I am looking at my bookmarkbackups file on my PC and I have my phone connected by USB cable. I also enabled file transfer and can see all my files on my phone's internal shared storage on my PC. What is the easiest way to move the backup file from my PC to my phone?

There is no way to import bookmarks from a file with Firefox for Android.

Exporting bookmarks to html, manually opening the html file in Firefox for Android and opening the individual links to bookmark is the only way to get the bookmarks from a file.
