When I go to my profile I have buttins for Questions and answers, but when I tap either, it just goes to a mostly blank screen. How do I review the questions I've posted?

When I click that link, I get a blank page that has a questions button and an articles button, but no content. When I click the questions button it just refreshes the page and displays the same thing. Is there a way to attach a screenshot to these messages so I can show what it looks like?
