We have Firefox Quantum 32bit installed on Server 2012 R2 and when an internet link is clicked on, it opens Firefox with a blank page.

Now, if you already have Firefox opened, the link will then work, it just opens up a new tab. Bug in software? This happens with multiple users and can reproduce.
