Can't create new folders & now Yahoo emails are slow retrieving & dissapear from TB inbox when deleted from Yahoo email site??

Using most current v of TB. Yahoo emails are so slow being pulled in from my Yahoo email account. If I have an email in the TB inbox & then delete the same email from my Yahoo inbox the TB version disappears also??? Also, to day I tried creating a New TB folder for some of my viewed TB emails & NOTHING HAPPENS...no new folder. I have done this many times in the past and NEVER run into this problem. Appreciate the consideration....thank you.

Can you explain that in more detail? What does 'slow' mean here?

That would be the expected behavior if your account is IMAP. Is it?

The Yahoo server isn't the worlds fastest and most reliable server. You may try later.

If the problem doesn't disappear, try to start Windows in safe mode with networking enabled. - Win10 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode

Still in Windows safe mode, start Thunderbird in safe mode. - https://support.mozilla.org/kb/safe-mode

Does the problem go away?
