I can't connect alcatel one touch fire e to my computer

Hi, I have a alcatel one touch fire e and before I connected my device in my computer to install my apps. But yesterday when I install apps , the phone became black and the button power didn't work, so I restart my phone with the button sound+ and power in the same time while ten second and the phone restart but now when I connect my phone in my computer WebIde don't work so I delete the driver and install the driver, but WeIbde don't see my phone... This is my phone:

I solved the problem: I explain: It was a strange problem with the driver: I install the driver, it's work, but after It's don't work. I delete the phone in windows settings but it's don't work: When you uninstall the apps you must click in delete this pilote in the pop-up ; you refresh and install the driver in all the device who call firefox os and it's work!!!!

Yes, I have firefox os 2.0 and in setting I have enable ADB and dev tools. It's strange because before it's work
