I am not sure that I understand your question correctly. Are you hoping to share the Internet connection from your Firefox OS device with your PC, so that you can download applications in your PC?

I know that it's possible to access and download applications from the Firefox Marketplace using a desktop PC. It's also possible to push applications directly to Firefox OS using a USB cable through WebIDE.

I am talking about sharing same internet connection in PC and Mobile. And press download apps button and it will automatically download in my mobile device. Like google playstore.
