Phone screen stuck with FOX animation. Hard resetting not working

Hi. I opened this new INTEX phone pack, did the settings without SIM card and entered minimum information while coming to home page. The I turned it off. But when I turn it back on, it is stuck with FOX animation screen. I took out the battery and again put it back. tried to turn it on. still same animation screen. Now removed battery again and put it back, tried to hard reset. still same fox animation screen.

Not sure what to do now.

Do you have any answer for this?

Did you try press volume up and power key together to boot it?

Once you see the list of options on screen, try hard reset.

Yes I pressed volume up and power key together to do "hard reset". The same fox animation screen appears but nothing happens after that. No matter what I do phone screen never moves after that animation screen.

Is there any other way to do hard reset/boot?
