Are you on Mac or Windows? What version?

What version of Thunderbird?

When you say "cannot send/print" what do you mean? Are there error messages? Does the print dialogue show up? Does anything show up in the printer queue? What does your Print Preview look like?

How many messages have you tried to print out from Thunderbird? Is it all messages that won't print?

Do you have any problems at all printing from other programs, such as your browser, text editor, etc.

Have you tried any simple troubleshooting steps, such as restarting your computer or printing from Thunderbird in Thunderbird Safe Mode (NOT Windows safe mode)? If not, please try both of these steps.
