If content is missing or otherwise not working when a secure https connection is used then check if there is a shield icon to the left of the "Site Identity Button" (globe/padlock) on the location bar indicating that content is blocked.

Hi Thank- it was the "secure https connection" problem. The thing is that our customers came to this url whit secure https connection "on". Can I change it the it will not be in a secure https connection mode from the beginning?

It is a best practice for user privacy to use HTTPS, and it is a Facebook option that may override your efforts if you try to redirect the page.

Can you upgrade your site's SSL certificate and change your FB page to connect to you server using HTTPS? I think that would be best in the long run.
