say if i wanted to add a site like youtube.com to appear as an attack site on firefox how do i do it?
like there is this kid who comes down to my house sometimes and i want him to stay off bad sites but im afrade he may disable my add ons so a block site add on wont work so i wanna know if i can add sites to appear as a attack site so i can scare him off a site?

You don't have access to the file that contains the "attack" site data.
You should consider using the HOSTS file to block web sites - that will block the web sites you want to block for all browsers installed on that PC and for any browser plugged in that is on a USB device.
