I'm looking for a way of making filter execution simpler.

I have five IMAP accounts. I use the Unified Folders inbox to view them. For each account I have a set of filters that I want to run manually. Please note that I do NOT want to run any filters automatically.

The way it is now, I have to: 1. Select Tools > Message filters. 2. Select one of the accounts from the top drop-down. 3. Shift-click the filters to select all of them (why is there no Ctrl-A support in this list?) 4. Click Run Now. 5. Go back to 2. and select the next account.

Needless to say, this get old quickly. Is there an easier, more elegant way of doing this?

Thanks!

As you refuse to use automatic filers, not there is not a simpler way. That is why we have automatic filters to make it simple.

It's not that I "refuse" to use automatic filters -- it doesn't fit my needs. Thanks anyway...
