When I click the close symbol, x, my tabs won’t close

Recently in Firefox (Firefox Daylight 35.0 (5448) I have been unable to close my tabs in iPadOS using the “x” symbol.

Well, it’s working now.

Hi, do you know what fixed the issue? Did you upgrade the Firefox version or iOS version?

I didn’t do anything, and I checked the version numbers for Firefox, it’s the same. I don’t recall if I updated iPadOS which is version 14.7.1

This issue is occurring on my iPad Pro also.
