Won't open a Microsoft webpage

I have tried to open several Microsoft webpages in Firefox and Firefox gives 400 error. Same webpage in I.E. opens as expected. No settings change caused this and I have addded Microsoft.com to the valid pages list (Sorry I'm not sure what the name is).

HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long.
