I am using a Mac and whenever I go to File -> Print I get an error saying Preview has failed. This only happens on LinkedIn and only in Firefox. I've already reached out to LinkedIn and they were unable to provide me with an answer.

Can you please give an example that we might be able to access?

My first hunch would be that you check the preferences for Firefox and Applications in this menu: [about:preferences#applications]

Remove any reference to Preview and restart Firefox.

Thanks for looking in to this.

Here is the example best I can describe:

Open a new fresh Firefox window Navigate to https://www.linkedin.com/ After logging in, click on 'Me' in the top right then View Profile. (Or view any random profile) File -> Print

The error will pop up from the top of the screen that says Print Preview: An error occured while printing.

The print queue will have a new item that is stuck on incomming.

changed anything that said "Preview in Firefox" to another program

restarted Firefox

same issue unfortunately.
