Since the very purpose of a Bookmarks Toolbar is to make those bookmarks highly available, it is a waste of space to /also/ have them at the top of the Bookmarks menu. How can I move the "Bookmarks Toolbar" entry in the Bookmarks menu out of the way (for example, to the bottom of the menu).

Even better if I can apply the same solution to the "Other Bookmarks" menu entry. Other bookmarks are those I care too little about to bother sorting in my bookmarks list - why are they given the highest access ease?
