All of a sudden after a trip to Europe where I could not access the internet, my Firefox now tells me it cannot connect to a specific IP address. I have downloaded the latest version. I even deleted it from the laptop and reinstalled. Please know if you try to help, my level of knowledge of my laptop is at a very primary level. I am using Windows 7 and have no clue what "installed plug ins" refers to. It may be hopeless.
