For last months, and following a firefox security update, I have this problem on ubuntu, on both my work and personal computer. My personal computer has an intel i7 proc, 8 gigabytes memory. The page interface kind of freezes in many situations, and for last months I need to grab the firefox window and move it in order to see the page correctly. In which situations? - when I change a tab (occurs approximately once every 3 tab changes, and it can occur on pages as basic as google) - when I type a mail on some plateforms (ex : Outlook) : there might be a shift between what I'm typing and what I see, I might also not see what I'm typing, until I move the window. - when I scroll, then select some text, the selected text might be shifted from where I was seeing it before (by half a line for example). This just happened now, but I can't print screen as firefox refreshes the view just before the picture is taken :D It is very frustrating, and didn't go with time or with the following updates. "refreshing" firefox as offered on your website host page, or removing the addons didn't solve the problem.
