Hi, I think this may work: Type '''about:config''' into the address bar, press Enter, accept the warning, scroll down to '''permissions.default.image''' and right click > Modify, to change 'Value' from '''1''' to '''2''' (taking care not to alter anything else). You may then need to restart Firefox. Alternatively, you can block images on a per site basis - see under the heading Permissions in [[Page Info window - View technical details about the page you are on]].
