attemping to down load an audio book to a sony mp3 player from the local library. They use overdrive and I followed the instuctions and the book downloads to the overdrive media console. Though when I attempt to tranfere it to the player it comes up with a error-=x8005400t-licence does not exist. Overdrive suggest updating media player which I have done and then remove the temp interent files in firefox- not sure how and the library could not do it either. thanks for any help

Hi malcolm_henry,

From what you describe, you receive an error message when you are running OverDrive and attempting to transfer music files to your SONY player, is this correct?

If so, the issue is likely with OverDrive, and you should contact their support for clarification on what the error message means:

Please let us know if this is not the case.
