How to get rid of Jolly Wallet

Jolly Wallet somehow got installed into FIrefox (windows 7) and it's a very annoying pop up with banner ads.

I have seen suggestions that say to delete the program (uninstall) but there is nothing I can find with this name or any other unknown program. Then there are instructions to delete the add--on in Firefox. But it's not in the list of add-ons either. Then to use Malwarebytes to rid the system of it. Which doesn't delete it either.

Any help to delete this program would be great. As above I can only find on-line help instructing to delete the program (which isn't sufficient). Every time I think I have gotten rid of it, it pops up again.

THANKS!

Disable ALL nonessential or unrecognized extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:

Ctrl+Shift+a orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons In the left column, click Extensions. Then, if in doubt, disable.

Usually a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step. But hold off on restarting for a moment until checking this second issue:

There is a user.js file in your settings folder. This file will override your settings when you next start Firefox. You may need to get rid of it.

This shows you how to fix preferences that won't save https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-fix-preferences-wont-save

In case you do not see file extensions like .js, .zip, and others when viewing your Firefox settings files, WINDOWS may be set to hide them from you. To work accurately with files, it would be better to show them. This article has the method: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/865219.

Thank you both for your replies!

Was able to disable the add-on. Thanks again!
