I work in Blackboard and my grade book is missing the up/down and right/left scroll bars. It worked fine before the latest upgrade!

I have 3 computers I use. Two are Windows XP and and my Blackboard site works fine!

But on my Windows 7 machine my grade book is missing the up/down and right/left scroll bars. This aspect worked fine before the latest upgrade!
