I have successfully downloaded a video from hosting website and it doesn't play with any video player the format is MP4 "the video is corrupted" I have tried to download it again and the same problem happened. Finally i download it from chrome and thanks god it worked I use Firefox mostly so i need a solution.

I am sick and tired of Microsoft and their statements like, "Windows 7 is no longer supported". Now Google has joined them with same thing. I do NOT see Firefox doing the same thing. Probably because they are NOT tied to the functionality that Microsoft provides. This paradigm has gone on long enough. What can I do to promote Firefox as the premier Browser for all platforms. For example, instead of syncing my contacts and required to use Google on Android devices. How can we get to the point of being able to use Firefox and ditch Google when I buy an Android phone?

Can some one please help me by blocking my ex from logging into my Google, and fb accounts, and controlling all of my evices. He turns on and of mydata. Hedoesso much I don't even pick my phone up to use it because I know everything will be negative . Won't be able to text, nocalling . Because he hasall of my permission tured off but by his phone. I recently downloaded Firefox for Android on my Android 13 device but as I tried opening the menu for the add-on, nothing was found. No supported add-ons were there in the list. I tried doing so from Mozilla add-on the Web page but that didn't help either. What can I do now?

I just updated to 109 and years of bookmark are gone. In previous versions there was an option to import bookmarks. 109 has nothing. Menu,bookmarks has one option:desktop bookmarks. In there are 3 options all of which give a message ,no bookmarks here, when tapped. 1. Have I missed something. 2. If not can I roll back the update, if so how? Thank you

Recently when watching a video, or just viewing a web feed, and turning my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra to landscape view, a white screen appears and can not see anything else.

About:config will not work for me I get either a blank screen or it just goes back to prev screen. Also when I check devices logged in, I will log out of everything, then only log in to Mozilla support and it showed 3 logins in the picture I've attached. 1 for moz support, 1 for Firefox 109 android 12, and 1 for my phone build wingtech. Which I also don't understand because I own a metro PCs service carrier and the actual phone is a TMobile revvl 6 pro 5g. I also noticed that somehow my phone had a custom build version ROM on it and I never downloaded that to my phone so everything should be totally stock. So I don't understand. Can anyone help?

Hi Mozilla Firefox team, I am an active old user of your browser. Now for a few months I am facing an issue related with firefox facebook browsing. The option (No longer acess to your account) is not showing. Please get me back the option beacause I want this option to get back on my personal facebook account. Without this option I will not get back on my facebook account. Please get back this option. I am giving you the screenshot of my problem.

I wanted to urge you to make a Mozilla email system that does not track us, that is secure, and does not sell our info. I am tired of Google and have been hearing of many unethical things they are doing. It would be nice to have a Mozilla email with the Relay built in. I would even pay for it too. Something like $3-4 per month.

1. 1- last week Firefox was blocking me from accessing certain sites that I always go to.

1. 2- I cannot access about:config. I've tried signed in and out as well as with different search engines and I just get a blank screen. Help?

1. 3- is it normal for FF to have permission to download files without notifying? I checked the permission list and seemed like there is alot of dangerous and malicious permission allowed as system permissions. Please help?

1. 4- when I log in and check devices, 2 new logins show up. One says my phone's model # and the second one says logged into Firefox browser or something like that. Is it normal to have duplicates like that when I only use my Android phone?

1. 5- I've tried and cannot find any way to login to my network or make any network changes? Please help?

Hello..I'm trying to change my address for the auto fill function.but there's no European countries listed..only American states..I do have my Mozilla in English and would love to keep it in English. I live in Berlin Germany..buts that's not offered.. Please help Thx Desney Bailey
