something new-- I can't sign in to my att account like I always have. I can still log in on older win 7 and android devices. Only this win10 desktop is now having problems today. Any suggestions?

I use Kaspersky for my internet security. I choose the 'Safe Money' option for many other sites...but cannot connect sign on with my bank. Because the page always comes up asking for me to choose a browser. I down load and update the firefox site. This does nothing except giving me multiple firefox updates! What is happening and how can I stop having this issue pop up? The other sites on 'Safe Money' are not banking sites, but still need security. Do I have to change browsers? Hi,Why is download showing up on nearly all sites I go to & HOW do I get rid of it permantently I can close it by hitting the X beside the Download,but it Should not be there Thanks Darryl

I went into setting and Firefox is not on the list of defaults. I think the issue is that I downloaded Firefox through the website and not the MS app store. Because when I open the "Look for the app in Microsoft Store" tab on the default list, it opens the store and lets me download Firefox again. I wouldn't mind doing this but it downloads it to my C drive and I need it on my F drive because my C drive is my SSD and is used for only Windows and because Windows keep getting bigger and bigger, I am running out of storage on it. When I try to move the newly downloaded Firefox to my F drove through the "Apps & Features" menu where you can uninstall apps. It tells me Firefox can't be moved. So there seems to be a communication error between windows and the none app store download.

The pics show the default option first with Firefox downloaded from the web not being there (setting 1), then Firefox being there (setting 3), and last the failure to move the files to the F drive (setting 2). Any help would be great. Thanks.

Hi, I'm having a problem with my Firefox where it doesn't let me change some of my settings. This is my home PC and I've already tried running Firefox as admin and the settings are still locked. I have reset it many times and haven't installed any extensions. I can't find anything online about this.

Firefox asked to refresh, as it had kept crashing, I did. I see the 'Old Firefox Data' file, on my desktop, and then followed the instructions to about:profiles. Then I opened the Local Directory, right click and pasted. I then restarted Firefox, and I got nothing back. Help! Thanks!

My firefox browser is completely unable to load any tabs. The search bar works but screen remains blank after pressing enter, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no change. Thank you any help

Walmart website no longer works properly with latest Firefox 96.0.2 64-bit. It works properly with Chrome and other browsers. You can log onto the site and search for products but when you try to add a product to the cart nothing happens. You also can't actually go to the cart. Last time I used Walmart was a few weeks ago and everything worked fine!

The instructions for the Window Titler icon suggest to turn on the Title Bar (with the Firefox icon, usually shows title of active tab, but would presumably show the Window Title if one was assigned). I can't find how to turn it on in version 99.0.1. It's not where the instructions for Window Titler said to look (managing the Menu bar or the Bookmarks bar). Any suggestions?

Would love for this feature (named windows) to become a normal part of Firefox. I wouldn't mind having the Title Bar anyway; at the cost of a few pixels, I would have something to grab onto when moving windows around that wouldn't accidentally do something to a tab.

Despite i selected "always show" in the options of the menu toolbar, as indicated in many answers and guides, Mozilla keeps randomly to show or not to show (most of the times) my bookmarks in the top bar. The bookmarks are still there if i press on top on bookmarks in fact they appear, simply they are not anymore in the bar. I have reset several times to default from the options but it doesnt change anything. Any clue? Thank you

The latest version of Firefox was just installed and I am now having constant crashing problems the performance is significantly worse than the previous session. How do I go back to the previous version. Note to Firefox please do not use us a your Beta testers.

So I have this issue with my Firefox install on my PC. For one reason or another Google services (Gmail, search, etc) do not seem to always work. They have moments where they will search or load emails, but most of the time they spin, give an error in gmail, or just won't try searching at all (hit search and just dead and blank screen).

[Oops... the system encountered a problem (#001) - Retrying..] - one of the errors commonly seen in gmail.

All I run is Ublock Origin, Keepa (amazon price tracking) and LastPass.

I've tried a total uninstall using Reva Uninstaller so it deletes remaining files. Chrome does work just fine, so it doesn't seem to be any sort of firewall or anything blocking it. I've tried going into about:serviceworkers as I saw there was an old bug having to clear out google services in there. It does maybe help at first, but they come back and it doesn't always fix it anyway.

Is there anything else I'm missing?

When viewing email on Outlook in Firefox, there now appears a rectangular black box over part of every email. This does not occur when viewing Outlook emails on Chrome or Edge. I thought it might be because of my adblocker (Ublock Origin) so I turned it off, but the black rectangle still covers part of my messages (and I have Ublock on Chrome, too, with no problem viewing Outlook).

The rectangle covers only a portion of the messages. When I scroll the message, the black rectangle remains stationary and the message scrolls behind it, thus revealing the portion previously covered by the black rectangle (a different portion of the message becomes covered).

I tried to take a screenshot to show the black rectangle covering part of the message. Amazingly, even though the black rectangle is there when I take the screenshot, the screenshot itself does not display the black rectangle....instead the message appears in the screenshot without being partially covered by the black rectangle.

Hi, I've recently noticed that Firefox is not using Intel Graphics for hardware video decoding, here are the specifics:

- I tested this on two separate PC - one laptop with dual GPU (an Intel UHD 630 and NVIDIA GTX 1070) and one desktop with dGPU removed (leaving only an Intel UHD 630 by i7-9700K), on both PC I made sure to run Firefox on Intel GPU only. - According to information I gathered online, Intel UHD 630 should support H264 decoding and VP9 decoding without any problem. - I tested videos from Youtube (VP9, non-HDR video) and Twitch (avc/h264 video) - The exact same video, when played on Microsoft Edge (Chromium), uses Intel's hardware decoder without any problem. - On the dual GPU laptop, when being forced to run on NVIDIA's GPU, Firefox correctly uses the NVDEC decoder without any problem. - Both PC uses the latest Intel driver (30.0.101.1191)
