I just upgraded to Firefox 98.0.1. And there doesn't seem to be an option to add Pocket suggestions to the homepage, as there used to be.

You can add Pocket articles that you've saved, but not suggestions from Pocket.

It used to be under settings - home - recommended by Pocket.

Has this been removed from the options?

I have two computers (say A and B). I want to move the entire Bookmark toolbar from A to a folder in the Bookmark toolbar on B. This would allow me to selectively move folders and bookmarks from the A Bookmark toolbar upload to the toolbar on B. So far I cannot get the Import or Restore to upload to a single empty folder on the B bookmark toolbar.

I have tried to upload previously exported Html and Json files from A to a specific empty folder on B's bookmark tool bar but either the file overwrites the entire toolbar on B or nothing appears to happen.

I thought that by selecting a folder in the "Manage Bookmark" dialog box that the subsequent upload of either the Html or Json files would all go there but it does not appear to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

In the past, when ICS files were in a mail, I had been asked what to do, and could open them in OUTLOOK. This option has been apparently cancelled and it only asks where to save the file, without any option to open it directly. Furthermore, when I try to modify it in the "settings" and change it to "Always ask" I can't find no ICS files nor OUTLOOK SCHEDULE files. Please advice. Thanks

I've used gmail (with multiple email accounts) on Firefox for many, many years. I switch back and forth between my email accounts daily.

In the past few weeks, though, when I try to switch from my primary account to the others, it just defaults back to the primary. I've purged the cache, I've signed out and signed in. This does not happen on Chrome, just Firefox, which is why I've brought it here.

If I change the URL of the mailbox

to

https://mail.google.com/mail/u/1/#inbox

It will take me to another mailbox. I can then change that number to get to the others. But it shouldn't be that way. So ... what is going on? How do I fix it?

I want to be able to print my .docx files without saving them first. I went to General and Applications. .docx is not in the list, so I'm unable to select how it handles these files. How do I add .docx to the list of content types?

Unfortunately, I downloaded “SaveFrom.net Helper” without reviewing it.

Since downloading it I have been receiving a alerts from “McAfee WebAdvisor” about “dangerous pages blocked”.

I was able to remove the “SaveFrom.net Helper” add on in Firefox, but am unable to remove the “Savefrom.net Helper” bookmark tab which has high jacked my normal Firefox Bookmarks.

I can no longer easily see my Firefox Bookmarks and have to keep opening the Firefox Application Menu, then select Bookmarks, then select Manage Bookmarks in order to see my bookmarks.

Can you please advise how I can safely remove the “SaveFrom.net Helper” bookmark tab which has high jacked my Firefox Bookmarks.

Error message when accessing business websites which use Cloudflare: "ERROR 1005 ACCESS DENIED DUE TO ASN 9009". This seems to be because Firefox is using ip addresses which are blacklisted. This has been checked with blacklist services such as DroneBL. I am not using a VPN. I constantly clear cache & cookies from Firefox and then restart the computer. I am not ignorant or stupid. Why is Firefox using blacklisted ip addresses? Is it because of M247? Is there any way around this extremely annoying problem? Thank you for your response.

my bookmark star has disappeared from the search bar ( along with the little page icon for the more friendly reader version) weirdly when I opened this help page it is present again, but then when I try to reopen another tab it's gone again

been looking for a remedy can't find one that recent doesn't talk about the 3 little dots in the search bar

I have two computers, one for personal use and one for business. Somehow the tabs between the two computers are being shared and I cannot disable it. Both browsers are signed into different Firefox accounts, Sync is turned off on both, and there are no connected devices. Yet despite that, when I go to one computer, it pops up a Firefox icon (see attached) in the taskbar that lets me open the tab open on the other computer. This is incredibly frustrating and Firefox should not automatically share this information, and should not make it so difficult to disable.

After the last update, the PIP overlay button is different and larger because it contains the message "Watch in Picture in Picture" and when hovering the mouse on it makes it bigger because a second more detailed message appears below the first one.

I would like to make the PIP overlay button as small as it was before with no text at all. What do I have to do in order to obtain this effect?

Dear Sir I went to an organization on 21/03/2022 for assistant on an issue, in processing the matter I need to open my yahoo mail box for the relate documents within my mail. A lady who assistant me use her lap top computer to open my mail box - I enter my pass word, then a window camp up to asked if I want to save my pass word (with dark color) or not,(with gray color) I was in a stage of rush I just click on right top Conner 'x' she took her computer to other room ( in where I can not see ) I was too naive and don't know if all of my mails had been read by them? - It is my privacy. When I got home I was worried and at next day I changed my yahoo mail pass word. As my pass words are saved within Firefox when I want to open a site it is auto fill the pass word. 1: Is my pass word will saved in that lady's computer? 2: Although I have changed my yahoo mail pass word is it safe? Can that lady able to get to Firefox to see my saved pass word and open my email box? - explore all my emails? Please help I am really worried. I look forward to hearing form you soon. Thank you. Image url has jpg at the end, when I save, the extension is webp. webp opens as darkened version of the original image in browser. How to disable webp and save normal fiel that won't be dark? This is the first time, that an update lost all of my tabs. Is there a way to access previous sessions, other than the most recent one? I would like to access a session from last week, and see if I can get my tabs back. I'm very unhappy about this and I've not been able to restore my tabs. The current tabs are place holders, and they do the reflect what I had before the update.

I had a number of tabs open today (~40). Because Firefox started to malfunction, I had to restart Firefox. It happened to me before and I knew that I can restore my previous session so I safely closed the tabs.

When I restarted it, I opened a tab and then I tried to open the Application Menu, but accidentally closed the window. Now, when I've re-opened Firefox and attempted to restore the previous session only that last tab appeared.

Is it possible to recover the pre-previous session? I use Ubuntu 18.04. Where is this information located? and how can I retrieve it?

Hello, i facing the problem that firefox goes to infinite update that never end. This consumes my CPU a lot higher that usual (even often reach 100%). I'm tired of this problem that i many time reinstall and refresh(reset) the firefox

Hi, FF crashed yet again this month for no reason at all. And was unable to restart, said I can open a new profile. I tried signing in, but got "wrong password", so I tried reset. After password reset I lost all of my bookmarks, which I stored for 3 years for work. Thanks to this cr*p of a browser I am now unable to work! Can someone help restoring my profile settings and bookmarks or are they gone forever and I need to change a browser I use for work, because this bullsh*t is unacceptable?

how do i add the trendmicro password manager ext to firefox . I think I have to OK the certificate, and I think i did it in the past, but I don't remember how. Elliot Trester
