fraud by vendor advertizing on Firefox
I responded to a email on Firefox by Ascentive for a program to speed up my computer for $37.50 and this I agreed to since then they have charged my credit card $129.00 on 9/16/2011 and again on 10/16/2011. I have called numerous times to get these reversed and they assure me a supervisor will call me back. Of course no one ever calls back and this has been going on for weeks to get these unauthorized charges reversed.

Sorry for your problem, but that really isn't related to Firefox or Mozilla.
- Contact your credit card company and dispute those charges.
- Firefox doesn't do email and Mozilla doesn't have advertising on any of its' websites. If you are viewing email thru Firefox, you're using webmail, and you need to contact that service provided about fraudulent actions by their advertisers.
