I'm unable to log in using firefox. It tells me that it's using a proxy server that is not accepting connections. I'm able to get onto the internet using internet explorer, but not firefox. thanks for any help!
I get the following error message when I try to open firefox:
The proxy server is refusing connections Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections. Check the proxy settings to make sure that they are correct. Contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working.
I've gone to your web site and loaded the most recent firefox. I was prompted by firefox a couple of weeks ago to update to the most recent version of firefox. Since I did, I have gotten frequent blue screen errors when I log in. Any help you can offer for these two scenarios is much appreciated! Lisa Garland

You can find the connection settings in Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then select "No Proxy"
