Firefox crashes each time on exit, and it does so in safe mode (after fresh (re)installation). What other information should I provide to identify problem?
Hello, I`m running XP SP3, witk no appearent viruses (according Bitdefender and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware) or hardware problems, but having crash after virtually each exit. After I cleaned cache, temp (maybe sth else as well, don`t remember) dirs and started/exited firefox few times, it didnt crash, bet after few more such cycles problem came back. Any help would be appreciated.

I too have this problem, since the last update on Firefox. It now crashes on exit every time.
I am running XP SP3 and have tried all of the aforementioned fixes and it has still not rectified the problem. I submit the error logs each time - should I now call each report in the text the same thing for ease of tracking?
