After installing new ver of firefox 6.1 I think, firefox will not load facebook games. It says that the adobe flash crashed. I looked for an update to no avail. How can I either fix this or revert back to the previous ver?

Hello Alsohim.

You may be having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?

Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not coming from one of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. To do that easily and cleanly, run Firefox in safe mode and select Disable all add-ons. If the problem disappears, you know it's from an add-on. Disable them all in normal mode, and enable them one at a time until you find the source of the problem. See this article for information about troubleshooting extensions and theme. You can troubleshoot plugins the same way.

If you want support for one of your add-ons, you'll need to contact its author.

After I installed Firefox 3.4.6, I tried playing a facebook again. I got an Adobe Flash error. Is there anyway I can get this fixed?

Try updating your version of flash to see if that helps.

You check for it here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/

Latest version of flash is 10.1.53.64 and it should work with FF 3.6.4

If none of that helps check extensions to see if they conflict with Flash and then File a bug after that.

unfortunately your suggestion of a solution did not work :( it is has the latest version of flash. How do i file a bug?

@ unknown Have you see this post? Please read it. I hope it helps.
