Hi, I dont recall setting up 2fa on my main account however this is active as such I am unable to get to my main account - this is generally not an issue as I could use this one however I am the developer of the boomi platform extension to which I need access so that I can provide updates etc.

Could I please get some assistance as to how to resolve this? Ta Mitch

Managing your extensions hosted on the Add-ons (AMO) website requires to have 2FA enabled for security reasons. This requirement is intended to protect add-on developers and users from malicious actors if they somehow get a hold of your login credentials.

You can email amo-admins AT mozilla DOT org for help with your account.

Have tried the email however keep getting the response back that the email address cannot be found (Unless I am doing something wrong?)

Thanks heaps for replying, I have posted on this has well however still not response.

There has to be away to connect with Mozilla, I have even reporting my own addon for abuse to send them a message requesting access.
