Here is the message I get: The file at /Users/michaelalexander/Downloads/AnnualReportReturn-2.pdf is not readable.

Did you verify that the file is still present in this location and that you are the owner or at least have permission to access this folder? There might also be issues with sandbox limitations that prevent Firefox from accessing this file if this only happens in Firefox.
