Every time I enter my local town in "Get the news that’s local to you" on the BBC website it disappears as soon as I move to another page. It never used to do this and it is very frustrating. Any help would be very gratefully received! Thank you.

Thank you for the suggestions. I think it must have been a BBC News website issue as, without any help from me, all is now well. Thanks again, Scotch

Do you open that other page in the same tab or in another tab ?

If it is the former then try to open that page in a new tab.

I must be very dim, I'm afraid. My post doesn't have a "Solved" button to its right.

Looks like it was flagged. Don't worry about it.
