for my online examination purpose i have entered into an website (https://amcatglobal.aspiringminds.com/) in this website when i take a system diagonistic test its resulting that speaker is not available in mozilla firefox but when i check the same in the chrome its showing that the speaker is available

Does it make a difference if you do not block audio and/or video via "Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions" ?
