hello 2steelshot,

i think its not your win10 that is causing this issue.

instead, i am inclined to think that something is install in/on your win10 that is creating the issue.

one of the primary methods to diagnose the above is to launch/run windows in safemode (with networking).

then test drive your firefox again.
