I have gone to this page; www.survivalnutrition.com several times on Firefox. To download the files I put my email address in the field, and the click on Submit. Then nothing happens. So, today I went to Opera and it gave me a new page to enter my email address, and then the download links appeared in Protonmail inside of Firefox. So, I solved today's problem. I used Firefox for years to put ads on Kijiji.ca, but now it can't be done. I get the same error message for my location, even tho it's always the same address. Kijiji help suggested I clear my cache, turn off my VPN and use a different browser if the first 2 don't work. So now, I have to use Opera or Brave and the problem goes away. I would surmise that your browser is deteriorating.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
