I have installed Mozilla VPN and used it a couple of times on my laptop to ue. I have also paid for it I think, I certainly provided my card details. All this happened earlier this week. I am trying to use it on my tablet. Help says go to this link (vpn.etc) , login to your account and then download VPN. Sounds good but it doesn't happen - instead I'm asked to start a subscription and give my card details and agree to a second lot of charges. I don't think it's a confidence trick but it could be. I signed up for Mozilla VPN on the understanding that I could use it on 5 devices or profiles. Hope you can sort me out, thanks.

Hi,

Can you try clearing your browser's cookies and cache, then try downloading again from vpn.mozilla.org?

If you are still having issues, we may need to review your subscription. Log in to accounts.firefox.com and click on "manage" next to subscriptions, then click on contact support so we can follow up from there.

Hello,

I would like to clarify every Mozilla PN subscription is attached to a Firefox account that is associated with your email.

To use the VPN, all you need to do is sign in and download the client from vpn.mozilla.org. Once you've installed it, you just need to open the client, sign in with the Firefox Account you purchased the subscription with, and hit the switch to turn it on. As soon as it shows you're connected, your traffic will be encrypted and routed through one of our secure servers.

I hope you find this helpful,

When I go to vpn.mozilla.org and sign in, using the same login as I did to answer this reply, I get a new screen that asks me to register. No where on that screen can I see a link to take me anywhere else. If I can't use mozilla vpn on both my laptop and tablet then it is not much use to me.

Hi Jzapata1, Thank you for your help, I'm an idiot who forgot that I had put VPN into my friends and family email account so that I would not miss any communications about it. Sorry to have wasted your time.
