Hi, Had to wipe my laptop and had a copy of me email, password and backup codes for Firefox and it would not accept them. So I have tried to log into the account and when it does not accept the password, I get the email message sent or resent message and nothing. Not in inbox, junk mail and looked directly via web email. Does not even say account is locked or email rejected. Just stuck. I have had to create a new account just to be able to ask the question. That verification email came through in seconds. This is a complete pain as I have literally hundreds of bookmarks/passwords, many I use on a daily basis. (Unfortunately, this was also the only system I had logged into the account on. Not on phone, tablet or anything else) Hope there is a simple solution. :'(
