launched old firefox and now my main up to date firefox was logged out of everything even when changing profiles. help please

i have 2 firefoxs. a old version and a new version.

i launched a old version to test something in some game i play and then closed that firefox and went back to my main firefox which is up to date and everything was gone.

i was logged out of everything, history was gone. its all gone.
