Used Firefox for Years. Now I am unable to sync through browser.

I made a backup of my bookmarks and uninstalled Firefox trying to resolve my issue. I re-installed and get the same thing each time even after rebooting in between? This is what I get https://monosnap.com/file/MW8PAMrwEnZj2kPApN1htmMk4hMfUJ Please advise, thanks in advance. Gary

Hi Garth,

we received a number of similar reports about Firefox on Win10, running in a compatibility mode with win7. Can you check compatibility settings in firefox.exe properties?

we received a number of similar reports about Firefox on Win10, running in a compatibility mode with win7. Can you check compatibility settings in firefox.exe properties?

TyDraniu Thanks so much for your time. Yes Windows 10 had selected Windows 8 compatibility mode. I unchecked the box and got my Firefox back. Thanks again so much for your assistance, all my best regards.
