No. I am using my device for example, listening to audio or playing a game. The game exits and Firefox starts.

I don't understand the question. If you are asking about how I am sending these replies then the answer is with Firefox.

This happened (and still does) with other browsers as well (in different ways and for different reasons).

See this long thread on Microsoft support forum.

Would be nice if what solved the problem (see the last post on page 6) would work for you too.

As opposed to what it says in the header of the thread: this does not just happen at startup, but randomly, regardless of what the OP is doing (just like you).

Thank you. This is not applicable to my situation as I do not have wireless in the first place but now I know that it is a common issue and not only with me so this puts me at ease.

I am playing EFT and nothing else is running. no other programs are open. suddenly the game minimizes to the system tray and Firefox runs and opens msn.

This "MSN phenomenon" is a real pain in the derrière and happens in all browsers from time to time.

I will give it some time to see if it happens. reckon by the end of this week is good enough time to conclude that the issue is fixed?
