You'd need to install a PDF viewer app on your phone. You'll find plenty in the Google Play Store.

I have tired to download PDF files a few times and get the same error message shown above. I have adobe acrobat reader installed on my tablet as well. I can download and open PDF files in Chrome, so the issue seems to be FF ?
