Distorted sound playing cnn video

When i play any video fron CNN, the sound becomes distorted ( slower sluggish voice ). Specially when i used full screen. I am a mac user with OS High Sierra. I do not have this issue on Safari or Chrome... Thank you for your help resolving this issue
