And fro there im supposed to go into "privacy/security ", which also doesnt exist, I do have a "privacy" button though, equivilent? ? From there its not familiar at all, says "choose dropdwn menu next to Firefox will" Im seeing nothing of the sort. Iam trying to follow the instructions written to" Stop All autofill And Forms" from this very website. I really do not want all my passwords displayed if this device ended up stolen. THANKYOU!

Hi questioner72, there are many differences between mobile versions of Firefox and desktop versions of Firefox, so definitely the steps will be different.

I think you are talking about traditional form history rather than logins.

Form History

When you tap a blank field, Firefox may drops a list of previous entries you've made into that field. Ones that do not match what you're typing this time are hidden as you go.

To delete an individual entry, swipe it sideways off the drop-down.

To clear all form history entries for all pages, use

menu > Settings > Clear Private Data

and select "Form history" and deselect all types of data you do NOT want to clear, then tap Clear Data.

As for how to prevent Firefox from accumulating or displaying form history, hmm, where is that?

For logins, see this article, but of course you'll be unchecking the box: Manage saved passwords in Firefox for Android.

You can just set it to clear private data on exit . . . and include the Form history in that list
