These are the 8 problem entries. File Types

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.html\(Default) FirefoxHTML : No file connection information.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.oga\(Default) FirefoxHTML : No file connection information.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.ogg\(Default) FirefoxHTML : No file connection information.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.ogv\(Default) FirefoxHTML : No file connection information.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.shtml\(Default) shtmlfile : No file connection information.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.webm\(Default) FirefoxHTML : No file connection information.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.xht\(Default) FirefoxHTML : No file connection information.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.xhtml\(Default) FirefoxHTML : No file connection information.

I uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Not sure why this would be happening, unless it has something to do with the Test Pilot programs. I was signed up for that for awhile. Then discontinued it. Thank you for your help in advance.

Deleting is not recommended -- by me either.

What does this mean to your scanning tool: "No file connection information."? That may be completely normal for Firefox and you should ask your software vendor to explain what their issue is or fix their assessment.

If you try to launch an HTML file on your computer (e.g., double-click it), does it open in Firefox (your default browser) as expected? If you don't have any HTML files to test with, you can right-click a blank area of this page and use Save Page As so you have an example.

Windows 10 will not allow me to select Firefox as my Default Browser. When I try to set it, Firefox does not even show in the list. I believe the problem may have occurred when I signed up for Firefox's addon Test module. I had gotten a malware infection, (not saying it was from that,) and so deleted all items I could. Could they be linked in my registry?

Since you already reinstalled Firefox, its usual entries should be in the Registry. However, another volunteer might have some ideas specific to Windows 10 (I'm sure I've seen some things in past threads but I can't remember them).

imho tuning/cleanup tools like Wise Care 365 system cleaner and others are useless and will cause more problems than they solve - best to stay away from them...
