When I'm replying to a message it is being sent to my email rather than the person that sent it to me.

Just in the past couple of days, this has started happening. I make sure I am replying to the sender but then it is sent to my email instead of theirs. I check the sent folder and it is not showing as sent to them either. I updated to Windows 10 recently too.
