Am not receiving emails; connection with Time Warner is fine.

All of a sudden, my emails are not coming through; have not received any since 9/18. My husband's emails are coming through just fine. Have checked with Time Warner (Spectrum) and everything is fine on their end. They suggested I contact Mozilla. HELP! How can this be fixed? I am NOT tech savvy, just an old lady trying to stay connected! Many thanks!
