I have not been able to get onto firefox for 1 week, I have tried everything
My firefox stopped working about a week ago, I can access the firefox page, but it is very slow, for facebook it takes a long time to load and then only loads the first one or two posts, for my internet account, it just says "The connection was reset" and I cannot open it at all. I have already reset/refreshed, deleted cookies and history, uninstalled and reinstalled firefox. I'm not sure what else to do. It just started doing this the past week for no apparent reason. Internet explorer works fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Are you using Trusteer software?
Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.

No, I don't use trusteer software. I have Norton, and it worked fine until last week.
